Upon consideration of the request for fees and expenses submitted on June 14, 2007 by Herbert Y. Hamada (Hamada), court-appointed attorney for Mother-Appellant, the attachments thereto and the record,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request is denied without prejudice to Hamada resubmitting his request and (1) attaching a copy of the order appointing him as counsel, as required by Hawai’i Rules of Appellate Procedure Rule 39(d) (1); and (2) providing an itemization of the printing/copying expense by stating (a) the number of pages in each document, (b) the number of copies made of each document, and (c) the authority allowing for those copies.
